Naipu, supported by designs of BGRIMM and aided by fine materials and advanced manufacturing technology, jointly develops and manufactures rotors and stators for flotation machines, mostly focusing on sizes in the range of 50m3 - 320m3

3,Design and Technology

1,Taking into consideration the slurry flow directions and the wear conditions in a flotation cell, products are designed with blades rubber-filled either thicker or thinner so as to improve the wear resistance performance of the working faces of the rotors and stators.

2,With an initial product design completed, finite element analysis and wear analysis are conducted for optimization before a final design solution is determined.

3,Rotors and stators for flotation machines mainly consist of metal skeleton inserts and wear resistant rubber. Metal skeleton inserts are of fabricated structure, with advanced flame cutting for precise material preparation, followed by assembly welding under strict welding procedure specifications, and are also tested with a dynamic balancer for balance inspection so as to guarantee the strength and equilibration performance of the skeleton inserts for the products.
