Naipu supplies the complete set of slurry pumps as well as only the rubber spare parts, wet ends or overcurrent elements, for slurry pumps.
Material of the wet ends of Naipu slurry pump can be high-chrome alloy and abrasion-resistant rubber. There are four types of spare parts of slurry pump in total: M (metal wet ends), R (rubber wet ends), MR (metal impeller +rubber wet ends), MMR (metal impeller + metal front throatbush + rubber volute liner + rubber frame plate liner insert).
The wear-resistant performance of wet ends of slurry pumps depends on the hardness of alloy. In China, high-chrome alloy is a preferred choice. Even though that high-chrome alloy is highly wear-resistant, its tenacity is not enough to bear the scour of larger solids.
Rubber wet ends of slurry pump are wear-resistant, anti-corrosion and hard rubber, designed for handling of highly abrasive and high-density slurries in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power generation and other industry. This kind of slurry pump is used to transfer slurries no larger than 10mm; it’s more suitable for small slurries without edges.
Naipu designs and manufactures slurry pumps and the rubber spares. We can supply the slurry pump and spares according to customer’s drawing or requirements. Naipu slurry pumps are produced strictly supervised by our quality control department during the whole process.
