A delegation led by Jiangxi Provincial Securities Regulatory Bureau Director Hu Fuyuan visited NAIPU on October 16. The delegation made an in-situ investigation on NAIPU of its operation, business and the preparatory work for listing on the stock market. Standing committee member of the CPCC of Shangrao City and vice mayor Han Ping, member of CPCC of Shangrao Economic & Tech Development Zone and vice director of SETD Management Nie Yuping accompanied the delegation to NAIPU campus, where NAIPU’s board chairman Zheng Hao, managing director Cheng Sheng, deputy managing director and chief engineer Hu Jinsheng, deputy managing director Yu Bin, deputy managing director and CFO Wu Yongqing received the visitors.
Director Hu fuyuan toured around NAIPU’s pump assembly shop, rubber products shop and machine shop, inquired information of NAIPU’s production, its production, performance, usage and prospect of development, and was also impressed by NAIPU’s products as well as the operation and management of this enterprise. A meeting was held after the tour in the conference room. NAIPU’s board chairman Zheng Hao extended his warm welcome to the delegation for their inspection and comments on NAIPU, and made a presentation of NAIPU’s products, the development of the business and management in the recent few years, and the bottleneck countered in the preparatory process for listing on the stock market. After the presentation, Hu comments that Jaingxi NAIPU MM&NM Co has developed rapidly in the past few years, showing an advantage in this industry, and he hopes that NAIPU will act per the requirements for listing on the stock market, regulates its operation better. He hopes that, with the aid of the municipal government, NAIPU will overcome these difficulties soon. The provincial securities regulatory bureau is positively for NAIPU’s listing on the stock market. Standing committee member of the CPCC of Shangrao City and vice mayor Han Ping suggests that NAIPU submit a report in writing to SETD Management, describing the bottlenecks encountered that hinder the listing of the enterprise. The municipal government will review the subsequent report presented by SETD Management and hold a special meeting to coordinate and help solve those problems that affect NAIPU on its listing on the stock market so that NAIPU will be listed on the stock market as soon as possible.
