NZJAH high head pump

NZJH series slurry pump is a high-lift slurry pump, mainly used for long-distance transportation of ore slurry, such as long-distance transportation of tailings. Due to the limitation of the peripheral speed of the rubber flow parts, the flow parts of the NJZH slurry pump are made of metal without rubber flow parts. At present, the largest single-stage head of some pumps can reach 100m.

1, Overview

The NZJH series Heavy duty slurry pump is a high head slurry pump, which is mainly used for long-distance transportation of ore slurry, such as long-distance transportation of tailings. Due to the limitation of the peripheral speed of the rubber flow parts, the wet end materials (spare parts) of the NJZH slurry pump are made of metal without rubber parts. At present, the largest single stage head of NZJH series pumps can reach 100m.

4, Design

FLUENT technology and EDEM technology are applied to fully optimize the impeller, cover plate liner and frame plate liner, etc. to obtain high efficiency and overcome local wear. The three-dimensional modeling adopts UG.

4.1 Model building and meshing

1. UG three-dimensional modeling, extracting and calculating water bodies;

2. The grid adopts hexahedral unstructured grid and is divided by ICEM software.

MRF under multiple coordinates is used to solve the problem, and the turbulence model uses RNG;
