The mineral processing plant at Dongguashan Copper Mine utilizes a CITIC Heavy Industries-manufactured (Φ8.53m×3.96m) semi-autogenous grinding (SAG) mill. To address the challenges of low grinding efficiency, high steel consumption, and short service life of the mill shell liners, the 'Research Project on SAG Mill Liner Wear Mechanisms' was initiated in 2018. Our company designed and provided a complete curved liner solution, effectively resolving these technical difficulties.
