Project Introduction
Rosebel Gold Mine is located in northern Suriname, with a processing capacity of over 30,000 tons per day and an annual gold output of approximately 10 tons. The project involves 36 horizontal slurry pumps, including 8 mill discharge pumps, with the largest model being 400MCR.
Project Achievements
Since the launch of the consignment project in 2024, within half a year, the supply of domestic spare parts—while ensuring service life equivalent to original products—has helped the site reduce inventory occupancy by as much as 1 million US dollars. After the full consumption of the customer’s existing inventory, it is expected to reduce annual inventory occupancy by 2.5 million US dollars and achieve zero inventory. Customers can obtain spare parts on demand, effectively simplifying the on-site procurement process and improving operational efficiency.
