At Naipu, we carry out a global strategic layout, successfully setting up a production and service network that covers Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America. At present, the Zambia Plant, Mongolia factory, Xi Zang Factory, and Jiangxi Modern Factory have been completed and are in operation; the Peru Base and Chile Plant are currently under construction.

Our modern factory is outfitted with high-tech production machinery, including 8,000-ton flat vulcanizers, 4,000-ton injection vulcanizers, and large gantry machining centers, ensuring high-strength and high-precision manufacturing capabilities.

1. R&D Team

Our R&D team is formed by experts in a wide range of fields, with materials science, mechanical engineering, mining engineering, and automation control. 2. R&D Equipment

At Naipu modern factory, our testing machine, with a diameter of 10.37 meters, is capable of a 1:1 simulation of mining conditions. It can realistically reproduce the various complex environments found at mining sites. Consequently, we can monitor in real-time the temperature, stress, wear, and other parameter changes of key components, gaining insights into the operational status and stress stituations of the mill liners during actual production. This ensures the reliability of our products in practical applications.

3. R&D Technology 

Within our modern factory, we utilize advanced technology to conduct structural design, analysis, and optimization before actual manufacturing.

UG Modeling: It enables full 3D structural design, providing precise visualization of complex structures and rapid iteration for design improvements. This approach decreases the demand for physical prototypes, accelerating the development cycle and reducing costs.

Discrete Element Simulation Software (Rocky): It can simulate the movement states of materials and media in the mill movement, judge the rationality of the liner structure design through various performances (like parameters, energy spectrum, and other data), and predict liner wear.

MillTraj Trajectory Simulation Software: It can predict the movement trajectory and impact point of grinding media in the mill based on different liner thicknesses, angles, and filling rates, shortening the product development cycle and improving equipment performance.

High-power Space Scanner: The high-power space scanner can quickly and high-resolution scan the internal space of the mill, accurately capture the wear patterns of different components, and provide detailed wear rate and thickness change data. These data can be used to predict product life, optimize maintenance plans, and decline unplanned downtime.

Master Cloud: Our Master Cloud integrates selection calculation software, project experience databases, and online wear monitoring systems. It provides engineers with real-time access to critical product data, enabling rapid decision-making and proactive maintenance. Moreover, this platform also supports product design, performance tracking, and predictive maintenance, leveraging big data analytics for continuous improvement. With mobile and web-based interfaces, engineers can monitor equipment status, optimize designs, and forecast maintenance needs from anywhere.

Breakthrough Products: We have independently developed several products that fill domestic and international gaps, such as the 750NZJ slurry pump and the NX838 hydrocyclone.

To enhance our manufacturing capabilities and support the rapidly growing demand for advanced mining equipment, we are undertaking a comprehensive upgrade of our Jiangxi Phase II modern factory. This project aims to create an integrated industrial base that combines R&D, intelligent manufacturing, and digital warehousing, fully embracing the principles of smart factory industry 4.0.

1. High-Wear-Resistant Alloy Steel Forging Center

Our new forging center focuses on the production of high-strength, wear-resistant alloy steel components. It has introduced internationally advanced rapid forging hydraulic press units and state-of-the-art heat treatment systems, ensuring precise control over material properties such as hardness, toughness, and wear resistance. Furthermore, the facility also enables the production of custom-engineered parts, reducing lead times and improving overall production flexibility.

2. Complex Carbosilicon Products Production Line

Our upgraded factory includes a dedicated production line for complex carbon-silicon components. This line possesses 48 advanced processing machines, allowing for precise shaping, cutting, and finishing. Therefore, our products can still provide reliable performance and durability under extreme mining conditions.

3. Intelligent Three-Dimensional Warehousing System

In our upgraded modern factory, we have also integrated a state-of-the-art intelligent warehouse system that utilizes 5G IoT technology for smart inventory management. This system incorporates automated material handling solutions, such as aisle stacker cranes and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), to optimize logistics and minimize manual handling errors. Featuring real-time inventory tracking and predictive analytics, it significantly boosts operational efficiency and reduces downtime.

4. Automated Welding Intelligent Manufacturing Center

We have deployed fully automated flexible welding production lines that can be quickly adjusted to accommodate various production tasks.
