On the morning of July 8, 2025, a vibrant and hopeful event—the welcoming meeting for the 2025 cohort of new college graduates—was grandly held in the large conference room on the fifth floor of **NAIPU MINING** Headquarters’ administrative building. The meeting aimed to welcome the new graduates into the company’s big family and provide them with a platform to better understand the company and integrate into the team. Sixteen senior leaders, including Zheng Hao, Cheng Sheng, Zhang Guoliang, and Jie Zhenhua, along with 30 new graduates, gathered together to embark on a new professional journey.  

Opening Ceremony: Leadership Addresses Set High Expectations

Jiang Zhiwen, Deputy Director of the Administrative Management Center, served as the host of the meeting. With a warm and enthusiastic opening speech, he officially kicked off the event. Jie Zhenhua then delivered a welcome address, expressing his excitement about the new hires and sharing the company’s development vision and strategic goals. He encouraged the newcomers to stay proactive, embrace challenges, and fully leverage their talents on NAIPU MINING’s expansive platform to realize their potential.  

Diverse Speeches and Clear Guidance on Development Plans

The meeting proceeded with an introduction of the attending leadership team, giving the new employees a clear understanding of the company’s management structure. The leaders’ warm smiles and attentive gazes made the newcomers feel valued and cared for, fostering a harmonious atmosphere.  

Next came the self-introduction session, where the 30 new employees briefly shared their names, alma maters, majors, personal strengths, and hobbies. Their youthful energy and confidence showcased the spirit of the new generation. In just 20 minutes, the ice was broken, and both the newcomers and leadership gained initial familiarity with each other.  

Following this, new employee representatives Liu Zhongwei and Song Mingze delivered speeches. Liu Zhongwei reflected on his journey with NAIPU MINING—from the campus recruitment fair to his pre-job training—expressing gratitude and outlining his commitment to learning and contributing to the company’s growth. Song Mingze, using four key words—“Reset, Take Root, Unite, and Look Ahead”—shared his aspirations and determination, calling on all new employees to work together for a brighter future. Their heartfelt speeches resonated deeply, earning warm applause.  

Deputy Director Jiang Zhiwen then elaborated on the "Mentorship Development Plan", detailing the company’s structured training program and career path for new hires, providing them with clear direction.  

Seasoned employee representatives Xu Feifei and Qiu Jiamin also shared their experiences, offering insights from their growth journeys at NAIPU MINING. Their stories highlighted the company’s commitment to nurturing talent and inspired the newcomers to carry forward NAIPU MINING’s spirit and culture.  

Finally, Meng Qingxia, Director of the Mining Equipment Research Institute, spoke on behalf of all departments. She welcomed the new employees, introduced the company’s history and product competitiveness, and encouraged proactive collaboration across teams to drive business success.  

Inspirational Messages from Top Leadership & A Unifying Pledge

At the climax of the event, General Manager Cheng Sheng delivered an encouraging message. He expressed his excitement about the new hires’ speeches and placed high hopes on them, urging them to adapt quickly, integrate into the NAIPU MINING family, and compose their own "extraordinary" chapters in the company’s story.  

Chairman Zheng Hao then shared his thoughts, emphasizing NAIPU MINING’s dedication to providing employees with vast development opportunities. Drawing from his decades of experience in the mining equipment industry, he recounted his lifelong commitment to the field, setting an example for the newcomers. He encouraged them to stay true to their aspirations, embrace challenges, and innovate fearlessly to achieve their career dreams at NAIPU MINING.  

The meeting concluded with all attendees standing and chanting in unison:
