Naipu Mining is the earliest equipment manufacturer in China to develop and apply the arc structure discharge end of large semi-automatic mills, and has accumulated practical experience in the transformation of many projects. Our goal is to optimize the structure of the discharge end of the semi-automatic mill for users, increase the discharge rate of the semi-automatic mill, increase the grinding efficiency and reduce the power consumption of the mill.

1, Overview
In recent years, large type SAG, AG and ball mills have been widely used in every concentrator , Mill liner become an important and customized wear part of different mills. Determining the appropriate liner type and design is critical to optimizing mill output and total grinding costs, including energy, grinding media and maintenance costs. Naipu has been committed to the R&D of new technology and high efficiency for mill liner for many years. We work closely with our customers and follow up the entire process to ensure that the liners is always optimized according to current operating conditions. After long term research and test, Naipu design and manufacture for a new type of mill liner, the curveddischarge end, which is suitable for all type AG and SAG mill. It can optimize the mill output, reduce cost with longer service life.
2, Features
2.1 Increase the discharge capacity 30% more than the straight structure lifters.
2.2 Reduce the abrasion of lifters and the returning of pulp and improve the service life of the liner.
2.3 Improve the efficiency of the mill;

Through the discrete element simulation of two kinds of structure liners, the discharge rate of the curved structure after the transformation is increased by about 50%.
The curved discharge end is smooth and has less pulp return, reducing the abrasion of recoil brush on the lifters.
