Project Background：The SAG system is designed for a capacity of 22.500 t/d, adopting an SABC process (SAG + Ball + Pebble Crusherlwith a one-to-one configuration between the SAG and ball mills.The SAG mill measures $10.37x5.19 m, pairedwith a ф7.32x 10.68 m overflow-type ball mill, and an MP800 cone crusher for Performance：pebble crushing.The cast Cr-Mo steel barrel liners of the SAG mill have a service life of 4-4.5 months.
The high-alloy liner was commissioned on August 23, with a 2%-3% increase in tonnage efficiency. lt isexpected to serve for a full seven months (compared to the original metal liner's service life of fourmonths).
