High-alloy forged composite liner for the cylinder of Φ8.53m×3.96m SAG mill, Lujiang Mining (Tongguan), Anhui

Project Introduction

The Φ8.53m × 3.96m semi-autogenous mill shell liners of Anhui Tongguan Lujiang Mining were originally supplied by manufacturers such as Taiyuan Heavy Machinery. The average service life (ore processing capacity) was 1 million tons, which was relatively short. In addition, frequent liner breakage occurred during operation.
To address the production pain points of the end user and promote NaiPu’s new forged liners while highlighting our technical strength, our company won the bid to supply a complete set of high-alloy forged composite liners for Shaxi Copper Mine, with a guaranteed ore processing capacity of no less than 1.53 million tons.

Project Highlights

The copper ore at this mine is characterized by low grade, high hardness (the hardest copper ore in China), difficult grinding, and large semi-autogenous grinding steel balls. The successful application of our liners at this mine will provide strong support for the future promotion of our forged liners.
