Project Introduction:
The MS Mineral Concentrator of Zijin Mining in Serbia is equipped with a 7.9×14.4m ball mill with a daily processing capacity of 45,000 tons. Previously, Cr-Mo alloy steel liners were used for the cylinder, with a service life of 14.4 million tons of ore processed. The original metal liner supplier is Smith.
Project Achievements:
Since the concentrator adopted our company’s composite liner plates, it has shown high recognition of our products. The client has agreed to place a consignment order for one additional spare set with our company, and plans to install our composite liner plates again in December 2025.
In the later stage, the concentrator intends to entrust our company with the full set of liner plates for this mill under a
tonnage-based ore processing contract, aiming to
reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Moreover, this set of liner plates has been recognized and promoted across the entire group.
