Project Introduction
The semi-autogenous grinding (SAG) mill at Zhibula Copper Mine is 7.5×3.2m, with a processing capacity of 7,500 tons per day. In the early stage, Cr-Mo alloy steel liners were used for the mill barrel. The ore processing volume serviced by the original metal liners reached 897,000 tons. Original metal liner suppliers: Luoyang Jinda, CITIC Heavy Industries.
Project Achievements
After using our liners at Zhibula Concentrator, the customer placed a second exclusive order with us, including:1 set of barrel liners,1 set of curved grid plates,1 set of curved lifters.At present, the customer has applied to its headquarter for exclusive procurement of 1 set of feed-end liners from our company.In the later stage, the concentrator plans to entrust our company with the full set of mill liners on a per-ton-ore contracting basis, aiming to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
